Service Department of Weber Implement and Automobile Co. located on Lindell Blvd at Sarah. Viewed from the corner of Lindell and Sarah. At that time most Auto Dealers were aligned with gasoline stations . Remember Sinclair Dino Gasoline?  (Circa Mid 30’s)

 

Weber was selling  Desoto and Plymouth Automobiles from Chrysler Corporation,  Cushman Scooters, Hyvis Oil, and Dunlop Tires.

 The Sales showroom for Desoto and Plymouth at 4035 Lindell—Middle of the block.  Note the cars parked on the roof. This was a common feature of dealerships at that time.

 

This was a great place to watch the Veiled Prophet Parade at that time.

Add from around 1939 announcing the new Plymouth and Desoto lines. At this time Weber was still a distributor for Chrysler Corporation.

Weber was awarded a Chevrolet Franchise in 1952. This is an add from the Mid 1950’s .  This was a very successful add campaign in its time.

Land Purchased in mid 60’s for Weber Chevrolet Co. on Olive and I-270.

Note the absence of traffic on Olive Street and I-270.  Far different than today.
